Freddie Scott II is an experienced leadership development and coaching professional with a diverse background in various roles. Since December 2011, Freddie has contributed to UNLOCK THE CHAMPION in areas including leadership development, workshop facilitation, character and life skills development, and business development, focusing on social responsibility issues such as domestic violence and diversity. Additionally, Freddie has served as an NFL Transition Coach since October 2012, providing peer counseling and mentorship to players and their families. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Pastor and Dean at Word of Faith Christian Center and a career as an NFL wide receiver. Freddie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
