Dena Greenwood

Dena Greenwood is a seasoned professional in claims advocacy and resolution management, currently serving as Vice President - Claims Advocacy at NFP, an Aon company, since December 2024. Previously, Dena held various leadership positions at QBE North America, including Vice President - Claims Resolution Management and Vice President - Select Program Claims, where responsibilities involved developing action plans and utilizing data-driven processes for effective claims management across multiple professional liability sectors. Dena's career also includes roles at XL Catlin as Senior Claims Counsel and extensive legal experience as an attorney at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P. and Henslee Fowler Hepworth. Dena holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of North Texas.
