Olivia Kelly is currently a Human Resources Intern at Wilmington Health, where responsibilities include completing onboarding checklists, evaluating reference checks, and responding to inquiries from candidates and new hires. Prior experience includes serving as a Shift Manager at Boombalatti’s Homemade Ice Cream for over four years, where Olivia managed daily sales, delegated tasks to a team of over 15 employees, coordinated work meetings with the General Manager, and resolved conflicts effectively. Olivia also held the position of Store Closer at Jersey Mike's Subs, demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills. Olivia is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, expected to graduate in December 2023, and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Cape Fear Community College.
