Ann-Beth N J Freuchen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Group CEO at TINE SA and a member of the Board of Directors at NHO Mat og Drikke, Freuchen has previously held significant positions such as Chairman of the Board at Fjordland AS and Diplom-Is, and has been instrumental in the strategic direction of Orkla ASA, including roles as Executive Vice President and CEO for various divisions. With a strong focus on growth and market strategies as an advisor at AB Consulting, Freuchen's educational background includes advanced programs in strategic leadership from IMD and INSEAD, complemented by a Master’s in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
