Management and Coordination

The Management and Coordination Team at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board oversees critical functions to ensure seamless healthcare delivery. This team manages projects related to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), handles business management tasks, ensures robust governance, analyzes business intelligence, commissions urgent and emergency care (UEC) services, manages human resource changes, and coordinates overall commissioning efforts.
