Laura Earnshaw

Laura Earnshaw is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent management, development, and innovation within prominent organizations. As the Founder and CEO of myHappymind since April 2016, Laura has pioneered a technology-led curriculum aimed at fostering resilience and emotional well-being in children. In addition to this role, Laura holds fellowships with NHS Innovation Accelerator and serves as a trustee for the Mental Health Foundation. Previous positions include Global Head of Talent and Diversity at AstraZeneca and Head of Talent and Development at PwC Australia, showcasing expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Laura earned a First Class Honours degree in Business Management from King's College London.
