Mark Russell-Smith

Mark Russell-Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and international operations. Currently serving as an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow since March 2023, Mark has held key roles including Director of International Operations at Procomp Solutions Oy since February 2015 and Product Manager at Detection Technology from July 2013 to February 2015. Mark's extensive experience at Nokia Siemens Networks spanned multiple roles from 1997 to 2012, focusing on product development, marketing support, and management of mobile voice products in North America. Prior to that, Mark worked as a lecturer at Oulu University of Applied Sciences and started the career as an R&D Engineer at Nokia. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Systems from Nottingham Trent University.
