Michael Coleson

Michael Coleson has extensive experience in technical training and engineering within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Training at Niagara Bottling, Michael has held several leadership roles, including Director and Senior Manager of Technical Training. Prior experience includes positions as Process Engineer at Graham Packaging and various technical roles at Plastipak Packaging, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed maintenance supervision and injection management. Michael's career began with hands-on operational roles, including Labeler Maintenance and Injection/Blowmold Operator at Constar International and Plastipak Packaging, respectively. Michael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Texas State Technical College-Marshall, completed between 1994 and 1996.
