Joe Matthews M.o.m.

Joe Matthews M.O.M. has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served at the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) from June 1981 until retirement, with roles including Deputy Chief of Police and numerous leadership positions at all ranks. In addition to contributions at NRPS, Joe Matthews has been actively involved with Wellspring Niagara as a member of the Board of Directors since January 2005. Educational qualifications include certifications in Police Leadership from Dalhousie University College of Continuing Education, completed in 2005-2006 and 2007-2008, as well as attendance at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in 2008.
