Ole Hovland

Ole Hovland is currently the Chair at NIB. Prior to this, they worked as general counsel at the council of europe development bank from 1995 to 2007.

Ole Hovland completed their masters at the Aleksanteri Institute, University of Helsinki. Ole then went on to earn their master of laws at the same school.
