Jean Pepping

Jean Pepping has extensive experience in restructuring and debt products, currently serving at NIBC Bank since 2000. Notable achievements include coordinating a German/Dutch banking syndicate for the recovery of a significant residential portfolio and leading the establishment of a Belgian Corporate Debt Fund that expanded from EUR 50 million to EUR 100 million. In the restructuring domain, Jean chaired an international syndicate while implementing innovative methodologies for improved recovery. Previous experience at Fortis Bank involved various roles, including a secondment in Credit Lyonnais Paris. Jean holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and an Engineer's Degree in Bedrijfskunde from the University of Twente.
