Elan Gershoni

Elan Gershoni currently serves as General Counsel at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. since 2024 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for legal professionals in the technology sector. Previously, Elan held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Snow Joe + Sun Joe, overseeing legal, human resources, and compliance affairs for a major eCommerce company. With experience as a Senior Associate at DLA Piper, Elan specialized in a wide array of legal matters, including regulatory compliance and investigations. Earlier career roles include Junior Associate positions at several AmLaw 200 firms and judicial law clerk positions in both the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Elan holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a B.Sc. in Economics, Environmental Science, and Geology from McGill University.
