Akash Lal

Akash Lal is a Software Engineer currently engaged in research and development at NICE, focusing on the CXOne Advanced Routing Engine since November 2024. Previously, Akash worked at CLSA from July 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing electronic trading technology for the Cash Desk in Institutional Equities, involving EMS, OMS, algorithmic trading, and market data across various levels, with a strong emphasis on low latency, high throughput, performance tuning, capacity tuning, microservices, and backend development. Akash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed CBSE education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
