Gordon Edwards

Gordon Edwards is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software architecture and engineering, currently serving as the Director and Head of Architecture for the Customer Engagement Analytics group at NICE since March 2016. Prior to this role, Gordon was the VP & Chief Technology Officer at Nexidia, where responsibilities included integrating phonetic technology and exploring machine learning applications for speech analytics. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Software Architect at ChoicePoint, Sr. Software Architect at S1, and various consulting roles where Gordon developed several critical systems and architectures in telecommunications and online services. Gordon holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science from Wright State University, obtained between 1984 and 1992.
