Landon Rich

Landon Rich possesses extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the technology and customer service sectors. Rich currently serves as an Account Executive and previously held the position of Sales Engineer II at NICE CXone. As the Founder and Host of Call Center Crew, Rich has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. In previous positions at Clearview Live, Rich was the Director of Sales - Domestic and Channel Sales Manager. At Focus Services, Rich contributed as Regional Vice President for the Philippines and held the role of Director of B2B for Centurylink Business, in addition to working as a Team Lead/Workforce Manager. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Professional Sales from Weber State University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Treasure Valley Community College.
