Don Lambert

Don Lambert possesses extensive experience in equipment management and sales within the construction industry. Currently serving as Equipment Director at Nicholson Construction since January 2011, Don oversees equipment operations, maintenance, and acquisitions while developing specialized expertise within the plant department. Prior to this role, Don was the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Equipment Corporation of America, where market growth for foundation equipment was emphasized. Don's career began at Hayward Baker, advancing from Senior Project Manager to Equipment Director, where key contributions included establishing a formal equipment department and developing standard operating procedures and support systems. Educationally, Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from West Virginia University.
