Kevin Brown is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as an Estimator and Superintendent at Nicholson Construction since August 2020, Kevin has also held significant positions such as Chief Strategy Officer during a sabbatical and Superintendent roles at CCA CIVIL, INC., T.G. Nickel & Associates, LLC, and E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc., working on high-profile projects like the Second Avenue Subway and Essex Crossing. Kevin's early career included a tenure at Kiewit as an Estimator and Field Engineer, contributing to major projects including the Transbay Transit Center. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
