Giuseppe Raimondo Zafferri

Giuseppe Raimondo Zafferri serves as the Head of Italy at Nido Living since November 2024, leading a prominent student accommodation platform with a portfolio of over 18,000 beds in Europe. Prior to this role, Giuseppe held the position of Head of Italy at CA Ventures, LLC from September 2019 to November 2024, where expertise in international real estate investment management was applied to a portfolio exceeding $10 billion in gross asset value. Giuseppe co-founded Villa Zafferri Associati in July 2008 and contributed as Head of Acquisition, Project and Construction Management at Eurotekna until September 2019. Giuseppe's educational background includes advanced executive programs in Business Management from CFMT at LIUC Business School and SDA Bocconi, alongside dual degrees in Building/Civil Engineering and Building Architecture from Politecnico di Milano.
