Joshua Bauer is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Nielsen-Kellerman Company, Joshua has previously held key positions such as Lean Manufacturing Manager, Global Value Stream Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., and Plant Manager at SP Industries, Inc. With a strong background in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and project management, Joshua has successfully led new assembly line setups, managed manufacturing processes, and contributed to significant operational improvements.
