Jane Cha-Lee serves as the Global Talent & Culture Leader at Nielsen since January 2021, focusing on enhancing the Talent Lifecycle and Employee Experience. Previously, Jane held significant roles in talent and organization development at ViacomCBS, where responsibilities included leading global functions and implementing performance management strategies. Earlier in the career, Jane contributed to NBCUniversal Media as Director of Talent Development and played a key role in shaping talent processes during Comcast's acquisition. Proficient in organizational effectiveness and change management, Jane's foundational HR experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs, Hess Corporation, and Colgate-Palmolive. Jane holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University.
