Kester Enwereonu

Kester Enwereonu is a successful attorney and business consultant. He is the managing associate at G&E Associates a firm of solicitors as well as CEO of Powerhouse International, an energy development firm. He is also Chairman of Virtual Technologies Ltd., which developed the indigenous secondary school e-learning portal based on local information technology.

Mr Enwereonu obtained the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1989 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He has over the years established a reputation as a thoroughbred solicitor and transaction advisory expert with extensive experience in handling very complex transactions and legal matters in such areas as power and infrastructure, oil and gas, banking and financial services, maritime, real estate, information technology, hospitality and tourism, mergers and acquisitions etc.
