Michael Toxvaerd

Michael Toxvaerd is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the hospitality and fintech sectors. As a co-founder and Executive Director at Nightcap Plc since January 2021, Toxvaerd has played a pivotal role in its development. Other notable investments include involvement with Craft Clubs, Credit Kudos, Secret Spa, Feast It, The London Cocktail Club, and TONKOTSU. Toxvaerd has also contributed to the Cranfield School of Management as a member of the Advisory Board of the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship. Previously, Toxvaerd held the positions of Chief Investment Officer at HBG Holdings and Non-executive Director at Rasmala. Toxvaerd holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University.
