Kaushik Katira

Kaushik Katira serves as a Senior Director at Nike, leading technology modernization and global platform efforts since March 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of multi-year operational and technical transformations, aimed at establishing a platform-based organization for faster and cost-effective software delivery. Kaushik has a robust background in engineering management, having previously directed enterprise architecture and platform engineering teams as well as led cloud transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Xerox and GE Power, focusing on full-stack application development and data engineering solutions. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai.
