Leighton Simms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance coaching and human resources leadership. Currently serving as a Performance Mindset & Identity Leadership Coach at smithmustscore and Senior Account Manager & Coach at Spargle, Leighton is responsible for managing Nike's account and providing coaching support to freelancers. Previously, Leighton held the position of Human Resources Director at PVH Corp., overseeing HR operations and leading a digital transformation initiative. Earlier roles at Cisco included Technology Lead for Travel and Operations Manager for a significant EMEA travel program, where Leighton achieved operational excellence and innovation. Leighton holds a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University and a BA Hons in American Studies & Sports Science from Brunel University London.
