Tom Clements

Tom Clements serves as the President of 42Solutions, LLC, a company focused on enhancing supply chain performance and profitability through strategic initiatives and operational assessments since March 2016. Concurrently, Clements advises Nimble Robotics from August 2020. Previously, Clements held several senior leadership roles at L Brands, including Senior Vice President of International Operations and Senior Vice President of Distribution Operations, where responsibilities included global logistics and overseeing distribution centers. Experience also includes positions at Limited Logistics Services and EXPRESS, demonstrating a strong background in supply chain management and logistics.
