Ghislain Fleury

Ghislain Fleury has accumulated diverse experience in the hospitality and brewing industries, currently serving as a Brasseur at NINKASI since 2018. Prior roles include Chef de rang at Mr Paul from March 2016 to February 2022 and at Les Chefs De France from June 2015 to March 2016. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Réceptionniste at Novotel Lyon la Part Dieu and various apprentice roles in multiple Novotel establishments. Ghislain Fleury holds a degree in Distillation Charentaise from the Centre International Des Spiritueux, along with a BTS in Hôtellerie-Restauration from Jehanne de France and a general Baccalauréat in Literature from Lycée Notre Dame de Bel Air.
