Caileigh Meehan

Caileigh Meehan, PHR, currently serves as the Talent & Performance Program Lead at Nintex since November 2024, following a role as People Operations Generalist at Rentable from April to November 2024. Prior experience includes participation in the BreakLine Education program in late 2023, designed to prepare high performers for technology careers. From September 2020 to February 2024, Caileigh worked at Brown and Caldwell as a Senior Specialist in the HR Solutions Center, focusing on optimizing HR processes and managing employee inquiries. Other relevant roles span various organizations, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, onboarding coordination, and enhancements in operational efficiency. Caileigh holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Manhattan University.
