Patrick Ndifon

Patrick Ndifon is an accomplished Community Manager for the 3 Million Technical Talent Programme (3MTT) at 3MTT Nigeria since February 2024, where leadership in planning and implementing a nationwide innovation challenge was demonstrated. As a Senior Product Manager and Founder of PSIFON Org. since December 2016, Patrick has been instrumental in developing a strategic plan for mapping Cross River State's Startup Ecosystem and securing over $80,000 in angel investment for five startups. Additionally, Patrick contributes as a Startup and MSME Coach at Cally Valley, aiding founders in establishing viable ventures, and has held various product management roles at Fresh2Carts and Tikdin, enhancing product strategy and user experience. With a strong educational background including an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Patrick combines expertise in business administration, digital product management, and computer science to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems and drive innovation.
