Fabrício Barbosa

Fabrício Barbosa has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Gerente de Manutenção at Nitro since January 2023, Fabrício oversees maintenance operations across all specialties at the Nitro Química plant in São Miguel Paulista. Previously, as Gerente de Projetos e Serviços de Manutenção at GELITA from February 2021 to August 2022, Fabrício reported directly to the Factory Manager and Project Center in Germany, managing projects and maintenance for the Mococa and Cotia units, achieving significant cost reductions. Fabrício's long tenure at Ambev spanned from 2005 to 2020, where multiple roles included Gerente de Engenharia, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance resources, and optimizing budget allocation and efficiency within brewery operations. Fabrício holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, earned between 1998 and 2004.
