Tiago Mota

Tiago Mota has extensive experience in the agricultural and plant nutrition sectors, currently serving as Diretor Executivo Agro and previously as Diretor Agrícola at Nitro since February 2020. Prior roles include serving as Diretor Comercial, Gerente de Negócios, Gerente de Marketing Estratégico, and Gerente de Produto at Compass Minerals | Plant Nutrition from March 2010 to February 2020. Earlier career positions at Nutriplant included Coordenador de Produto and Supervisor de Vendas from October 2005 to February 2010. Tiago Mota holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and a specialization in Product Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as post-graduate studies in Plant Protection and an undergraduate degree in Agronomy focused on Agricultural Markets from Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Additionally, Tiago has attended English language programs at NESE, Kaplan International, and EC English Language Centres.
