Sanskriti Gupta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Legal at Nityo Infotech since January 2022, Sanskriti Gupta functions as the Legal Head for KFC Ventures. Prior roles include a legal trainee position at Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and a lawyer at Potter Handy LLP in the USA, as well as a foreign lawyer for the Corporate Banking Team at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Sanskriti Gupta began a legal career as a Legal Officer at ICICI Bank Ltd. from June 2009 to June 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore, and a BSL. LLB degree from ILS Law College, Pune, India.
