Barry Carrigan

Barry Carrigan is a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, specializing in project finance and public finance, particularly in areas such as renewable energy, waste-to-energy projects, healthcare, and multi-family housing transactions. Previously, Barry served as an associate in the Public Finance group, gaining experience in taxable and tax-exempt bond financings and drafting essential bond and underwriting documents. Prior to Nixon Peabody LLP, Barry worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, developing revenue tracking tools for health networks, and completed a clerkship at the U.S. District Court, focusing on judicial research and opinion drafting. Barry holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
