Felipe Motta

Felipe Motta is a seasoned sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the action sports industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Nixon since 2020, Felipe drives strategic direction and manages a $20M revenue budget for business development across the Western US and Canada. Previous positions include Vice President for Latin America at Billabong and Quiksilver, where Felipe played a pivotal role in business planning, P&L management, and market expansion across multiple countries. Felipe founded Lotus Dist, a Brazilian distributor of action sports brands, and has held various roles in customer service and trading earlier in their career. Felipe holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
