The Leadership Team at NJ LEEP oversees the strategic direction and overall management of the organization. This team, composed of the Managing Directors of Programs, Development, Operations, and Students, collaborates to ensure the effective implementation of the college access and success initiatives. They work on program development, fundraising, operational efficiency, and student engagement to support the academic and social-emotional growth of the students and families they serve.
