Karen Randell

Karen Randell is a seasoned professional in health services management, currently serving as the Director of Change Management, Training & Communications at NL Health Services since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions at Labrador-Grenfell Health, including Regional Director of Health Transformation and Primary Health Care Transformation Manager, from April 2021 to April 2024. Karen also worked as a Quality Consultant at Alberta Health Services from September 2018 to April 2021, and served as a Collaborative Care Consultant for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador between 2016 and 2018. Earlier in their career, Karen was involved in performance improvement and assurance at Eastern Health from 2009 to 2016. Karen's academic background includes education from Athabasca University and Grace General School of Nursing.
