Valdet Shehu

Valdet Shehu serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at NLB Banka sh.a. since October 2019, and previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Insurance Forums from August 2013 to June 2023. Notable prior positions include Information Security Manager at BPB and Information Security Supervisor at TEB Sh.A., where Valdet established key security processes and raised awareness regarding information security among staff. Valdet’s experience spans various roles in technology and information security, including network security and web development, beginning with an interpreter position in the US Army. Valdet holds a Fellowship in Cybersecurity from Cranfield University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications from the University of Prishtina, and several other relevant qualifications.
