The IT and Security team at NLB Banka Sarajevo is responsible for maintaining the technological infrastructure and ensuring the security of the bank's digital and physical environments. This includes managing IT services, developing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency, and safeguarding data privacy and cybersecurity. The team works to optimize distribution channels by developing user-friendly e-solutions while continuously monitoring and mitigating risks to protect client and bank information.
