Isha Awasthi

Isha Awasthi is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting, particularly within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at NLB Services since February 2022, Isha has previously held similar roles at eTeam and has demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and interview scheduling. Prior to entering the technical recruiting field, Isha worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Total Job Recruitment Solution and also gained supervisory experience at Cambata Aviation Pvt Ltd. Isha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Delhi University, completed in 2014.
