Poshi Rashid

Poshi Rashid currently serves as the Auteur kennisbank EU recht (staatssteun) at NLFiscaal since October 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Tax Policy Advisor in the technical department at the Ministerie van Financiën since September 2020, focusing on corporate income tax, personal income tax, environmental taxes, and car taxes. Rashid has a background in European and International Affairs, previously working as a Senior Tax Policy Advisor and Tax Policy Advisor in similar areas at the Dutch Ministry of Finance from September 2018 to August 2020. Experience includes a temporary assignment at the European Commission's DG Competition, and various internships and roles at reputable firms such as Loyens & Loeff, EY, PwC, and Hogan Lovells. Rashid's educational qualifications include advanced studies in Tax & Technology and European Fiscal Studies from VU Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam, alongside a Master of Laws in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from Utrecht University.
