Vasiliy Pshennikov

Vasiliy Pshennikov currently serves as the Head of Production System Competence Centre at NLMK Group since November 2017. Prior to this role, Vasiliy worked as a consultant at TPM-centre and held the position of Chief of Staff at ГБУ "Малый бизнес Москвы." Earlier experience includes leading human resources at Русский аппетит, serving as Human Resources Director at OMC Outsourcing Partner, and working as a consultant for TPM-centre. Vasiliy also held human resources director roles at ГК Савва and ОАО "Московский трубный завод "Филит." Educational qualifications include a degree in Clinical Psychology from Russian State Social University, and a degree in History with a Doctorate in Philosophy from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
