Gian-Marco Rinaldi

Gian-Marco Rinaldi has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He studied at the University of Zurich where he acquired his Master’s degree in Law. In addition to this he acquired a Masters of Advanced Studies at the University of Applied Sciences Nordwestschweiz.

Gian-Marco started working in the CFO department for Danzas as a regular member of the team. Following this he moved to UBS for five years, where he was a manager of distressed assets with a special focus in the hotel industry. Gian-Marco then worked at Credit Suisse from 2000-2007, where he was a managing director, Executive Board member, and CEO of two Credit Suisse subsidiaries with total combined assets exceeding CHF 600 million. He then moved to Clariden Leu in 2007 as a managing director. At Clariden Leu he was a member of the managing committee division Switzerland and CEO of a Private Equity subsidiary of the bank. His main responsibilities there was to develop and lead an advisory platform for key clients of the bank in corporate and structured finance, capital markets, estate planning and philanthropy. Since 2009 Gian-Marco has been an Equity partner at FINAD AG. Here he operates as an Advisor in financial matters, with a focus on Private Equity, asset management, succession planning, international tax and estate planning.
