Christian Wagner

Christian Wagner is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at NLX, overseeing revenue, delivery, and customer success organizations since December 2024. Previously, Wagner held the position of Group Vice President and AWS Practice Leader at TTEC Digital from September 2021 to December 2024, following a role as Head of Productivity Applications GTM for the Central Area at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from December 2016 to September 2021. Wagner's career includes key leadership roles at Microsoft as Director of Skype for Business and at UBS as Associate Director of IT Infrastructure. Wagner is also a founder of Sun Valley Group and has a background as an Applications Engineer at Sphere Communications. Education includes studies at Vanderbilt University and ongoing training at NOLS since 1994.
