Matthew English

Matthew English, SWP, has over a decade of experience in compensation, human capital intelligence, and workforce planning. Currently serving as Manager of Compensation and Human Capital Intelligence at NMC, Inc. since April 2011, Matthew leads the development and implementation of compensation and workforce planning strategies, utilizing data analysis to address organizational challenges. Previously, as Sr. Workforce Planning & Metrics Analyst and Financial Planning & Analysis at NMC, Matthew focused on workforce planning processes, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and financial analysis to support strategic growth. Matthew's earlier roles include Lead Financial Analyst at TSYS Merchant Solutions, Senior Accountant at First National Merchant Solutions, and VP of Operations/Controller at Counsel Office and Document. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Simpson College.
