No Foot Too Small (NFTS), founded by Robin and Ryan Boudreau, was inspired by the loss of their son Beau in 2013.  NFTS was founded out of a desire to draw awareness to pregnancy loss + infant mortality while encouraging the celebration of angels.  In just seven years, thousands have gathered for the annual events to honor babies who’ve lost their lives too soon.  Initially serving families across Iowa, NFTS is expanding across the country.  With a mission to serve families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss, NFTS has gifted more than $500k to critical initiatives and celebrated countless angels since it’s inception.

The Directors Team at No Foot Too Small (NFTS) comprises leaders overseeing various aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, administration, human resources, creative development, events, marketing, communications, family support, and program management. This team ensures the effective execution of NFTS's mission to support families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss, coordinate meaningful events, and manage initiatives and funds dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating the lives of lost infants.
