Andrew Kornienko

Andrew Kornienko, PhD has diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Andrew currently serves as the Information Technology Lead at Noah Medical since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Architect at Lahlouh, Inc from March 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing scalable and re-usable solutions, implementing security policies, and integrating new technologies into existing systems.

Before joining Lahlouh, Inc, Andrew worked as an IT Manager at Biz Inc from August 2016 to December 2017. During this time, they managed the IT infrastructure for a finance company with multiple locations and led the deployment of technical resilience and disaster recovery solutions.

Prior to Biz Inc, Andrew worked as the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Solutions at the National Institute of Metals and Alloys from May 2012 to July 2016. In this position, they oversaw the full life cycle of product development and projects management for foundries automation.

From February 2008 to May 2012, Andrew held the position of IT Manager/Infrastructure Architect at LLC MAX-WELL Medical Centers. Andrew was responsible for planning, managing, and organizing the IT infrastructure and support services for multiple medical centers, as well as leading the development of a unique HIE/EHR/EMR/RIS platform.

At the start of their career, Andrew worked as a System Administrator at Banking Company "Dogma Ukraine" from July 2006 to September 2007. In this role, they performed analysis, resolution, and root cause identification for various issues, as well as administered server applications and network technologies.

Throughout their career, Andrew Kornienko has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, solution architecture, project management, and system administration.

Andrew Kornienko, PhD obtained their Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronics and Laser Technique from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2006. Andrew further pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the International Institute of Finance between 2004 and 2008. Andrew then went on to complete a Master's degree in Medical Systems at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2008 to 2009. Andrew finally earned their Doctorate in Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering Thermophysics in 2015.
