The Operations Team at Noahs is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and management of multiple cross-concept brands within a single order framework. This includes optimizing menu selection, streamlining workflows, managing preparation and stock rotation to minimize costs, and coordinating technical operations to ensure efficient order handling. The team works closely with production management, the Director Global, and the COO to enhance both the restaurateur's and the customer's experience, driving up sales through a unique and highly efficient business model.
