Christopher Bird, CMRP, has extensive experience in subsea engineering and well control equipment management, currently serving as Well Control Equipment Superintendent and formerly as Senior Subsea Engineer at Noble Corporation since November 2018. Prior roles include Senior Subsea Engineer and Subsea Engineer on multiple vessels, including the Noble Globetrotter 1 and Noble Clyde Boudreaux, as well as Assistant Subsea Engineer on the Field Support Team. Previous experience includes positions at Atwood Oceanics as Subsea Supervisor, Seadrill as Senior Subsea Supervisor, and Ensco plc as Subsea Field Support Specialist and Senior Subsea Engineer, with a focus on subsea technical support and equipment maintenance. Early career included roles at Diamond Offshore as Subsea Specialist and Subsea Trainee. Educational background includes attendance at Lafayette High School and North Vermilion High School.
