As Executive VP, Innovation, Technology and Quality, at General Mills, Peter led a globally diverse team focused on inventing advantaged food products to nourish consumer lives. He cultivated trustworthy brands using attention to quality, food safety and technical excellence, and efforts to embrace open innovation and venture investing. Peter is the cofounder and past board chair for Partners in Food Solutions, and sits on the University of Minnesota Venture Center Advisory Group and the University of Massachusetts Food Science Advisory Board.
