Daniel Collins

Daniel Collins, MBA, PMP, is a highly experienced project management professional with a strong background in system engineering and information technology. Currently serving as a Project Management Engineer at Noblis ESI, Daniel provides SETA support to the National Reconnaissance Office. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Senior Project Manager at NJVC-LLC, overseeing critical IT modernization projects for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). During a long tenure at the NGA, Daniel managed software asset management initiatives and led significant programs, including the $300 million New Campus East program and the enterprise-wide network merger, NGANet.
