Jen McHenry

Jen McHenry, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading strategic direction and team management across various organizations. Currently at Noblis ESI since May 2020, Jen spearheads international cooperative activities enhancing research and development in the homeland security sector. Prior roles include project management positions at Triumph Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed proposal development and oversight of the National Institutes of Health Program Management Office. Jen has also contributed valuable project management support at the Department of Homeland Security and with the National Resource Center for Healthy Marriage and Families. Jen's career began with ICF, where Jen managed operations for initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable families. Academic credentials include an M.S. in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and multiple bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
